There’s so much going on around the world now. Don’t get lost in all the interesting stuff, be sure and go to Townhall.com and read my latest post on Donald Trump. I’ll put it here next week if you miss it on Townhall.
Anyway, as noted, lots going on. I’ll make some brief comments on some of it, though I doubt my wisdom will be especially brilliant or enlightening.
BUTTPLUG BLOWS IT AGAIN.
Pete “Buttplug” Buttigeig, the immoral, homosexual pervert in an illicit relationship with another man (I won’t grace it by calling it “marriage,” it isn’t marriage in God’s eyes. “Marriage is honorable among all,” the Bible says, except Democrats and some equally immoral Republicans.) Anyway, the pervert (Buttplug, I’m not going to call him a “man,” either) has failed again. He was AWOL during last summer’s supply chain crisis, he was clueless when Southwest Airlines recently had its problems, and now the FAA had to shut down ALL flights in the United States. But what does Buttplug care? He flies around in a private jet, emitting more carbon emissions in one flight than most Americans do in a year. What, me worry?
But he’s a Democrat, and more importantly, he’s a queer. He’s really done nothing of any value in his life; he was, from all indications, a miserable failure as mayor of South Bend, Indiana, but that qualified him to run for President in 2020. He has one qualification for anything he has done: he's a pervert, in an immoral relationship with another queer. That’s his only qualification, but it’s enough for Democrats. Spitting in God’s face is almost as important to Democrats as killing babies and mutilating children. Don’t expect Buttplug to suffer any consequences for his utter incompetence, any more than Joe Biden will.
*Update* The FAA is now claiming a “damaged database file” caused the breakdown. Huh? One database file brought down the whole airline transportation system? I hope they clarify this for it is no explanation at all.
BIDEN’S “CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS” PROBLEM.
Speaking of Biden, government classified documents which he should have protected are showing up all over the place; he is “surprised,” of course (lie #22 you can add to the list in yesterday’s article). I wonder when such documents will turn up in Beijing. The media tells us this is “different” from Trump’s “classified document” problem. Of course it is. Biden is a Democrat, Trump is Hitler. Don’t expect Biden to suffer any more consequences than Hillary Clinton did for allowing America’s enemies all over the world access to classified documents on her unprotected computer server which she illegally kept at home. She had good intentions, you see. James Comey said so.
CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL
A recent Gallup poll indicated that 9% of those polled give Congress a “high” or “very high” approval rating. I wonder how long it took Gallup to find the family members of the people in Congress.
Incidentally, Mitch McConnell has been rated as the most despised member of Congress. Not surprising. Democrats hate him because he is a Republican. Republicans hate him because he’s a Democrat. Mitch has actually done some good things in his tenure in Congress—he kept Merritt Garland off the Supreme Court, put three good justices onto it, and almost 230 other federal judges around the country. But, in politics, it’s “what have you done for me lately?” and McConnell has done nothing for the Republican Party faithful but screw them. Let’s hope this is his last term as Senator, but don’t count on that.
HOUSE MOVES FORWARD ON IMPEACHMENT CHARGES AGAINST MAYORKAS
Not doing your job isn’t necessarily a crime, you just should be fired. The House of Representatives may try to impeach Alejandro Mayorkas for not defending America’s borders. This is form over substance, of course. Even if the House gets enough votes to impeach Mayorkas (if it ever comes to a vote), he will never be convicted in the Senate. It’s a show trial, but perhaps necessary to let the Democrats know the Republicans can play the same hateful game that Dems played—twice—on Donald Trump. Here is hoping the Republicans go after Joe Biden, too. That would be interesting, especially given the Biden family’s history of crime and corruption.
OVER 200 DEMOCRATS VOTE TO LET A BABY DIE AFTER IT HAS BEEN BORN
The House of Representatives passed, in a 220-210 vote, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires doctors to provide medical care to babies who survive an abortion. Only one Democrat, Henry Cuellar of Texas, voted for the bill. Every other Democrat voted for death. This is disgusting, but it isn't surprising. The Left kills people. They have been doing it for over 200 years now--the French Revolution, the Soviet Union, Communist China, and every other communist regime around the world. The Left has no respect for human life. The Democratic Party is a Leftist organization. Thus, they believe in death over life. If they ever get the one-party state in America that they crave, expect the bodies to start piling up. And not just unborn ones or those recently born. You'll be in the crosshairs if you give them too much trouble. They can only try to censor you now. They will kill you if they get the chance. What does the 20th century prove more conclusively than that?
WHO SHOULD RESIGN?
Incidentally, if George Santos should resign from Congress because he lied to voters about his background, so should Elizabeth Warren. As far as I am concerned, they should both go. You can't trust a liar. But then, "Congressman" and "liar" have almost the same definition.
Morality is America's problem, folks, not politics.
